Thai Peanut Butter Sauce

Cheers to this oh-so-tasty pasta sauce and one of my favorite recipe creations to date 🙌🏻 Perfect to drizzle over veggies, meat, noodles, and whatever your heart desires. My personal favorite way to enjoy this sauce is over some rice ramen noodles with some shrimp on top.

What you'll need:

1 tbsp of Thrive Market organic coconut aminos (soy sauce or regular aminos will work as well!)

2 heaped spoonfuls of Crazy Richard's Peanut Butter (again, any PB will work- but look for a PB with the only ingredient being "peanuts")

1 tsp of minced garlic

~7 tbsp of no-salt-added chicken bone broth

Pink Himalayan salt

Red pepper flakes

Let's get to it!

In a medium-sized bowl, add coconut aminos, peanut butter, minced garlic, salt, and red pepper flakes

Whisk together with a fork until well combined

Add in the 7 tbsp of chicken bone broth, whisking in between each to ensure you reach your desired consistency (7 is just what I prefer but feel free to add more for a soup-ier texture or less for a thicker sauce)

Whisk it all up, add more salt and red pepper flakes to taste & ENJOY!
